JCDC YOUNG ARTISTS WINNERS ON SHOW

 

The winners of the Jamaica Visual Arts Competition’s first Youth Exhibition are now on display at the Jamaica Conference Centre, 14 – 20 Port Royal Street, Kingston through  January 31st, 2020. The exhibition features works of young artists aged 6 to 18 in painting, drawing, printmaking, collage, textiles & fibre arts, photography and sculpture/assemblage. The Jamaica Visual Arts Competition and Exhibition aims to unearth, develop and showcase Jamaican creative talents. The exhibition is free and open to the public. It is organised by the Jamaica Cultural Development Commission, an agency of the Ministry of Culture, Gender, Entertainment and Sport.
