A. Fraser watercolor from 1996

We have a large watercolor painting of Spanish Town, signed by an A. Fraser, dated 1996. This was given as a thank you gift from a business associate to my husband, who used to do business in Jamaica. Any information on this artist that you could provide would be appreciated.
