International Reggae Poster Contest

 

The International Reggae Poster Contest is calling for entries under the theme, ‘Reggae Music: Messages from Jamaica to the World.’ Entries should be creative visual expressions of messages that reggae and other popular Jamaican genres spread globally, showcasing the energy and vibe of Jamaican culture. Entries are being accepted from November 1st 2019 to March 1st 2020 and will be narrowed to 100 posters by an international panel of design professionals. A separate 11-member panel will pick the winner who gets a trip to the Rototom Sunsplash reggae festival in Spain; a cover feature and exclusive interview in IRIE magazine; the Down in Jamaica box set by VP Records; €500 worth of fonts from Parachute Typefoundry; and an exclusive, handmade wood product from Alpha Institute's student woodwork shop.
