According to its Facebook page, the project features “Studio-practice workshops led by Jamaican artists and weekly classes on remedial education courses at Dunoon Technical High School, in East Kingston, to help achieve competency in core academic skills and in artistic areas.”
The InPulse art project serves as a platform to connect students with people in the art world and contacts in the art market in Jamaica and abroad. It also awards scholarships to pursue a post-graduate education at the Edna Manley College of Visual and Performing Arts.
