Sunday Opening at the NGJ

The National Gallery will have a special Sunday opening on 24 June for the viewing of it's galleries and a panel discussion about Intellectual Property and Creativity in Jamaica. See the new Kapo galleries and get free tours of the permanent collection. The event is part of this year's Kingston on the Edge celebration.

Exhibition: A bricolage of identities

Online Virtual Museum for Jamaica

The Institute of Jamaica has launched its collection in an online Virtual Museum. The project supported by Chase, allows the institute to show the best of its art, objects, temporary exhibitions and educational materials in an interactive online environment.

Liguanea Lodge Art Auction

TOP local wine houses are joining forces with the Liguanea Lodge in staging the annual Art Auction & Wine and Cheese Party on May 17 at the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel’s Talk of the Town Restaurant, St Andrew.
Dubbed ‘The Art Auction with a Difference’, the event should again prove to be a top-class affair and features wines with cheeses elegantly served while showcasing and auctioning original fine art pieces by some of Jamaica’s most sought after masters.

Artist Talk Mutual Gallery

You are invited to our Artist Talk on Tuesday, 8 May at 5:00pm. Eugenio D'Melon and Israel Delmonte will speak about the process and the ideas behind their work.
